After Facebook-owned apps now Jio is down, trending on Twitter

On Monday entire world has experienced service disruption from Facebook-owned companies. Looks like now it’s Jio’s turn. Jio services have been down since Wednesday morning. Thousands of people have reported this issue till now. Jio users experiencing network issues for nearly three hours now. The news of jio services is down is trending on Twitter. 

Within a few hours, thousands of complaints were made online. Especially, on the social media platforms, Twitter is buzzing with the jiodown hashtag. Jio’s care official Twitter handle noticed the trending news and announced an official statement. Replying to one of the users, who complained about this issue that it is experiencing network issues in some areas in the country. 

It is true that Jio is working fine for some states in the country. Whereas the states like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Indore, and Raipur. Most of the complaints have been raised by users of these areas only. However, there is no official statement from the Jio corporate official handle. It is all worthy to note that Jiohandle is responding to users’ complaints on Twitter. Surprisingly, JIo network connectivity issues going on for a few hours, yet the company still didn’t resolve it. 

Jio went down just after two days of Facebook outage, which lasted for nearly 6 hours. Now Jio is facing network issues over the country in some states. Jio users have already brought the news to the mainstream by complaining on social media platforms, Twitter. Till now, thousands of Jio users have shared their issues on the platform.

DownDetector, which tracks the downtime of apps and websites, has informed some interesting details about the issue. Based on the outage tracker DownDetector, till now more than 4000 reports of issues with jio connections have been registered. DownDetector informed the issues have started early morning at 9.30 am. Within just an hour, the complaints have touched the peak. 

Looking at the present situation, it could take some considerable time for Jio to rectify this issue. However, nowadays, most mobile devices feature a dual sim facility. So users who are using two sims can manage the disconnection with the other service. But if you are dependent on the single sim Jio, then you’ve had to be a bit patient. 

Jio has a great track record of solving such issues as soon as possible. Also, it has been serving millions of users across the country. Within such a short time, it has become one of the most popular and widely used service providers. Till now, the service provider has successfully offered uninterrupted service for millions of users. 

It is worthy to note that this network connectivity issue has been the longest network interruption jio users have faced. However, everyone is waiting for an official statement from the company about this issue. Jio might be working on resolving the issue already.
