The man with no arms and legs drives this hybrid motor vehicle effortlessly. In the viral video, we can see the disabled man answering questions of the man who shot the video. The person requests him to demonstrate how he drives around. For which the rickshaw puller gracefully shows how he manages to go around with ease despite having no limbs.
