Fortunately, Krafton has successfully launched an Indian version of PUBG battlegrounds.
Battlegrounds Mobile India has been successfully launched on July 2, 2021. Even before that, millions of players have already pre-registered for the early version in June. So the game has seen a marvelous welcome into the Indian gaming market, even from the beginning. Every PUBG player and millions of game lovers downloaded the game, making it the most downloaded game within just a month.
The PUBG Battlegrounds Mobile India game has crossed 50 million downloads within just over a month. The South Korean video game developer Krafton announced this news on Monday. Krafton’s designed mobile game has nearly 50 million downloads on the play store.
Along with this news, the company also wished India on the occasion of Independence day. It said “We extend our warm wishes to our Indian fans. Also, we are delighted to be part of this celebration, made even sweeter with our mobile game PUBG Battlegrounds hitting the 50 Million mark, on play store in just over a month”.
Android Players are celebrating Independence and their favorite mobile game crossing an incredible milestone. Because Krafton made its efforts in making the celebration much sweeter for Indian players with its rewards. Krafton includes rewards like an AWM (temporary skin) along with other exciting rewards. Apart from this, the Independence Day Mahotsav is also a live-in game.
Krafton also announced its first esports tournament in July. Till now, many players have registered for the game. The tournament kicked off on July 19. Based on reports, the esports tournament will have five stages spanning over three months. For the final winner, Krafton announced grand prize money of Rs 1 crore for this inaugural series.
Android players are enjoying their rewards and participating in tournaments. Whereas IOS players are still waiting for the IOS version of the Battleground mobile game. They have been waiting for the IOS version since the game has made its debut in the Indian gaming market. Answering their curiosity, Krafton has responded recently.
Krafton informed that it has been working on the IOS version for a long time and the project is almost in the final stages. It announced that it will be announcing the IOS mobile version of the game very soon. For that, it requested all IOS users to stay tuned through its social media channels.
Battlegrounds have filled a major gap among PUBG lovers who were very disappointed with the Indian ban of Chinese gaming app PUBG. Indian players have been eagerly waiting for similar games.
