Finally, Dera Ram Rahim Found Guilty and the Sentence will be on Oct 12 !

Currently, Dera Ram Rahim is undergoing 20 years of imprisonment for the rape of two women. Including the murder of Sirsa-based journalist Ram Chander Chhatrapati. Along with this, there is one more case that was still in process for a long time. Finally, the case came to an end. 

On Friday a special CBI court in Panchkula announced the news that Ram Rahim and four others were found guilty in the murder case of Ranjit Singh. After hearing this, Ranjith Singh’s son Jagseer Singh shared a heartfelt post on social media. The post went viral on social media and gained hundreds of likes and comments. 

Indeed, the case was a long battle for the Ranjit Singh family. Over the years, many turns happened in the case. However, Jagseer and his family members stuck their lives to it to this day. After years of continuous struggle and determination finally, the case came to an end. Jagseer Singh and his family members have fought for the case relentlessly. Though it had cost them a heavy amount, they still kept on pursuing the case. 

Initially, the charges were framed against the Dera Ram Rahim in 2007-2008  in the Ranjit Singh murder case. Nearly after 13 years of continuous interrogation and investigation, Ram Rahim and 4 others were found guilty. The sentence will be announced on October 12 of this month. Finally, justice has been served for Ranjith Singh. His family members were grateful for the CBI team, who probed the accused. 

The special CBI judge, Dr. Sushil Kumar Garg, found Gurmeet Ram Rahim, Krishan Lal, Jasbir Singh, Avtar Singh, and Sabdil Singh guilty under Sections 302 and 120B of the IPC. However, one more person who was also accused, Inder Sain has died in October last year. Currently, Gurmeet Ram Rahim is lodged in jail for raping his two disciples and murdering Journalist Ram Chander Chhatrapati. 

Initially, the case started in the year 2002. Ranjith Singh was one of the followers of Dera Chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh. Ranjith later came to know about the devious acts that Dera Ram Rahim was doing. His exploitation acts came to light when the sirsa based journalist Ram Chander Chhatrapati made reports on the matter. Unfortunately, he too was killed by Ram Rahim. 

Same reports Ranjith used in spreading letters, exposing Ram Rahim’s true nature to his followers. Though he maintained his identity anonymously, Ram Rahim found out about this. Then he also managed to murder him. However, Ranjith’s son, who was 8 years old at that time, and his family members filed a case against ram Rahim. 

Chargers against Dera Ram Rahim were filled in 2007-2008. Since then, the family kept on fighting for justice for Ranjit Singh’s death. Finally, he and the other 4 members were found guilty. Ram Rahim, who is already paying for the murder and rape cases against him, will be sentenced on Oct 12 on this matter. With all this, it is confirmed that he will not get out of jail any time soon.
