Instagram Influencer Dance Moves in the Middle of Traffic, Lands Herself in Trouble

Every social media user is well aware of the dare challenges that are pretty popular on every social media platform. Whether it could be YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok, challenges are a common theme around these platforms. But not every challenge is worth performing. An Indoor Instagram influencer has understood these lately. 

Shreya Kalra, one of the Instagram influencers in the Indoor, shares entertainment content and glamourous pictures on her Instagram handle. When everyone is sharing the challenge theme contents, she also decided to try it out. Unfortunately, she paid more than other influencers on social media platforms. 

A few days back, she shared a video aka Reel on her Insta profile that went viral on the social media platform. The video starts with showing herself in a public place reading the challenges. If you are not social media savvy, then don’t worry Challenges are like a dare in truth and dare. Where you have to perform what your followers asked you to do. She did exactly that but on an unexpected platform. 

One of her followers asked her to do a trend in a public place. At the starting of the reel, she appears to be seated in a public place. But she didn’t perform there. She went outside and made the public road her dancing platform. That too in between traffic during traffic halt. 

You can observe in the reel she goes outside that public place straight to the middle of the road. Where vehicles can be seen halted because traffic lights were red. As the traffic lights went red, traffic halted she started her performance. The 1-minute video has triggered many comments on the platform. Many people started commenting and questioning her insanity, doing a dance in the middle of traffic. 

As the video went viral, the video reached the officials and traffic authorities. Madhya Pradesh, Home Minister Narottam Mishra, also took a look at it. Recently during a media briefing, he said “whatever the intentions behind the act, dancing in the middle of traffic is not something that should be encouraged. 

He further stated that “I have guided official take the necessary action as per the rules on the model for doing flash mobs during traffic signals.” He ensured that necessary action will be taken according to the Motor Vehicles Act. This will provide a lesson for those entertainers and prevent such things to take place in the near future. 

However, he is not completely the opposite of the idea of having fun. He informed youngsters that “If you have to perform such acts, perform in safe places like Mall or park. Middle of the road during traffic should not be your option in many cases”

It really doesn’t make any sense to put your life at risk just for the sake of getting extra likes and comments on social media. The officials have sent notices to the Instagram influencer ShreyaKalraa. After that, she changed her caption and informed, that breaking traffic rules was not my intention I performed the dance during red lights only.
