People get daily updates on what’s happening around them from various sources. Most importantly, social media platforms play a crucial role in updating the audience about their interested industries. Similarly, every film update will be first revealed on social media platforms. However, there are some YouTube channels that have taken this to a great extent.
These channels, in the name of updating the latest news for audiences, have been making controversial content targeting some specific individuals in the industry. Previously, many people have raised concerns regarding these channels passing on derogatory content on actors and actresses. Recently, MAA president Manchu Vishnu once again took the matter to the spotlight.
Manchu Vishnu has spoken against these YouTube channels. He stated, “There are some YouTube channels that continuously spread rumors against actresses and actors. The kind of thumbnails they use for their videos is totally unacceptable. We also have families and such kind of derogatory content is not at all tolerable.
He even assured that moving forward if they continue in a similar fashion, he will take against these Youtube channels. Multiple Youtube channels have come up in this case. Based on reports, he already has spoken to a legal firm regarding this matter. The firm has put aside a separate cell for us.
However, he emphasized with the actresses Samantha, who has approached a court in a similar case. While he didn’t name her directly, he subtly stated that actresses and women, in general, are like our mothers. They deserve respect from every one of us. Every actress should be treated well and respected. We are all like family in the film industry and we won’t be staying calm if someone insults our family members.
MAA president Manchu Vishnu stated that the association will be taking legal action if necessary against these Youtube channels. Soon we will zero down all these Youtube content creators who are trolling and spreading rumors about film industry members.
Though he didn’t name the actress, we all know the matter came to light just days after Samantha filled a legal case regarding the same matter. Samantha, who is currently going through a divorce, has been targeted by many YouTube Channels. Who had defamed and passed on some derogatory comments about the actresses.
Samantha and Naga Chaitanya’s divorce has been heartbreaking news for many of the ChaySam fans. They were considered the most lovable couple in the Tollywood industry. Unfortunately, things didn’t last for a long time. So the couple decided to part their own ways and continue their journey. However, some well know YouTube channels have taken advantage of this situation.
They have been circulating rumors and defaming the actresses. So the actress approached the court to take against these Youtube channels. However, the court has provided a negative verdict over her defamation suits on Youtube channels. The court stated that instead of filing a case she would have approached the owner of the channel for an apology.
