CCTV video shows that an auto driver intentionally killed Judge Uttam Anand

Many accidents happen daily on Indian roads. But a recent accident that happened in Jharkhand, Dhanbad seems more like an intentional kill than a normal accident. Judge Uttam Anand died when an auto driver showed up on the road out of nowhere and hit him intentionally.

When the Jharkhand judge Uttam Anand went for his morning walk, suddenly a three-wheeler auto rickshaw came into the picture. The auto driver took the vehicle towards the judge intentionally and hit him with great force. The force was so strong that it took the life out of the judge. CCTV footage has gone viral on social media.

The video has raised many questions among viewers. Everyone who saw the video knows that it was an intentional hit and asked for justice for the judge.

As per the reports, the incident happened early in the morning around 5 AM. After being hit by the vehicle, the passers rushed Uttam Anand to the hospital. Later, the doctor confirmed that he had already died. At the time, no one was aware of his identity.

Later, his family got worried that the judge had not returned yet. Somehow they got the news about the accident. Then they rushed back to the hospital. His family has filed an FIR against the three-wheeler.

After the incident, local police took the case seriously. Based on reports, the vehicle that was seen in the video was stolen. A complaint was filed in Dhanbad that the vehicle was stolen the night before the accident took place.

Right after the CCTV footage went viral, a special team took up the case and probed for details. The police officers have arrested two persons who were involved in the death of Uttam Anand’s case. Both Lakhan Verma and Rahul Verma were present in the vehicle when the accident happened. Lakhan Verma is the autorickshaw driver who intentionally turned the vehicle towards the judge.

Both of them have a previous criminal record. They were involved in small theft cases, but this is the first they were involved in the murder case. The officers are investigating at every possible angle. Looking closely to bring out whoever is responsible for the intentional hit and run.

Some things that happened in Uttam Anand’s life recently raising a lot of questions and could be the cause of the intentions behind the murder. Recently, the judge has rejected bail for some high-profile members. Right now there is no evidence that these two were linked to that case.
