An incident that took place in Amristar has been making headlines since Saturday. The incident took place in Golden Temple at Amritsar. During evening prayers, this incident took place. A man allegedly attempted to desecrate the Guru Granth Sahib. In the CCTV footage, we can clearly see that the man jumped over the railing of the Sanctum Sanctrotum inside the Golden temple.
Then he grabs the Sword and tries to touch the Holy books. He was then dragged out by the people who were present at the incident. The angry devotees had beaten the boy to death after that. CCTV footage from the incident has gone viral on social media platforms.
From CM of Punjab to several politicians across the country has reacted to this sacrilege bid. Police officials have been probing the matter. However, details of the youth were unidentified still. An investigation is on!
