However, it is not going to be cheap. The initial 1000 units will cost nearly 9999 yuan or $1540. CyberDog is going to be a bit different from the other companies’ robots. Xiaomi has informed, that the new CyberDog will behave like a normal pet dog. Listening and responding to its owner’s voice commands just like how a normal dog would do and behave.
Along with this, CyberDogs are equipped with some interesting features. Xiaomi has added many impressive details to the CyberDog, making it more interactive and responsive. CyberDogs can analyze their surroundings in real-time and respond to them accurately. Which allows it to avoid obstacles and run or walk smoothly.
Also, it has the ability to identify its destination and go towards that with the help of navigational maps. To make it more user-friendly, Xiaomi has equipped this CyberDog with human posture and face recognition tracking. You can also give voice commands and use wake words. Interestingly, the CyberDog has three USB-C ports and one HDMI port for customizing hardware. Xiaomi ensured that it can be equipped with some other sensors and cameras in the future.
