India is the second most populated country in the world. As the number of the population increases, so does the population. Mainly Air pollution and ground pollution have caused severe issues in many places in India. The country has already witnessed the harsh consequences of pollution.
Also, India has seen a significant rise in the number of natural disasters in the country. Natural disasters like heavy rainfalls, floods, landslides, and toxic air. After facing these harsh consequences, everyone started paying more attention to being eco-friendly. As a part of this, Organo Rurban living is developing the eco-habitat that none has ever witnessed.
This is India’s first eco-habitat gated community in the country. Hyderabad-based Organo Rurban Living has taken this ambitious project. They’re planning to design a “prosumer” community. A community where people produce and consume. This ambitious project is being developed on 9.2 acres of land.
Here are some interesting details about the project. The project will take place in 9.2 acres of land in which 5800 sq m of ground coverage. This place will be occupied by a total of 22 farm villas. Each villa will have about 3,700-4,000 sq ft space. For developing this green rich project it will cost nearly Rs 78 crores. Organ Rurban Living has informed that “the project will be completed by the end of December 2022.
This eco-habitat gated community will feature every facility people need. Where a cricket pitch, badminton court, bio-pool, and other things will be arranged. Along with this, the community will have a duck pond, rachabanda, goshala, and 2.5 acres of organic farming.
The community will develop and produce seasonal fruits and vegetables on these 2.5 acres of land. Developers are designing the community in such a manner to deliver the most eco-friendly environment and experience for people there. Not only will they live in a green-rich environment but also they can consume the best organic products.
The idea behind the project came into existence because of 15 doctors who were tired of living in artificial environments and consuming not-so organic products. For the love of being in nature and eating organic and healthy foods, they decided to develop the most eco-rich habitat community.
They have partnered and come forward with this ambitious project. These 15 doctors collaborated with Oregano in creating this magnificent community none have ever seen. Let’s see how the project will manifest and, once it gets completed, it is going to attract a lot of eyes to its environment.
